At Himalayan Thrill, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Cancellation by Traveler:
- 30+ days before trip start: 90% refund
- 15–29 days before trip start: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before trip start: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
(Note: Flight/train bookings and permits are non-refundable once issued)
Cancellation by Himalayan Thrill:
- In the rare event that we cancel a trip, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
Date Changes:
- You may request a change in travel dates up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and any applicable charges.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Non-refundable Items:
- Entry tickets, permits, flight/train bookings, and any third-party services already paid for are non-refundable.
